4k middle school run

I ran in the Marshal County meet yesterday! The middle school race was 4k instead of the normal 3k. There was mud every 2 hundred meters and I got dirty. My coach said I looked like a tank coming in for the finish! and I know I didn't come in last because I past two runners at the end!

Ran in Baja 5k today!

I threw up after the race so I know I ran good. I did what my mom told me to do not pace myself to just run! My time was 29:27.7 I got 54th place and I shaved off 3 min and 47 seconds!! I am so happy! I ran past the Red Cross and down on Arch St. then down S Kentucky then Back to Sports Medicine! Then I sprinted to the finish!----Yes! I had an awesome feeling of adrenaline!
